The green shamrocks are made from special vinyls pressed onto the quality soft tulle in separate layers for 3D effect. There are 10 x green shamrocks on each tutu dress. Tulle is hand tied onto a crochet top which stretches to provide a comfortable fit. Removable green satin straps tied into a bow at the back. Please Note: Sponge clean only.
