GUMGo-Betweens Proxabrush Refills Moderate [612] 8 Each (Pack of 2)

I originally ordered these thinking they were the same tapered "moderate" go betweens I've used for years. However, when these arrived I found they were straight (no taper) and the same moderate width as the wider part of the old tapered go betweens. My teeth have some moderate spaced teeth and some tightly spaced. I was afraid that without the taper these would not fit between many of my teeth. I thought about returning them immediately. However, I ordered 8 packages of these so before returning all 8, I decided to open one package and if I found them unacceptable, I would return the other 7 unopened packages.I'm happy to report that these new "straight" medium GUM go betweens out performed the older tapered ones in every respect. 1) They fit between my teeth as well as the older tapered ones did and, 2) They last 2-3 times longer then the old tapered version. Needless to say, I won't be returning any of the 7 remaining packages I received.

In was given Poxabrush large refills and holder to try. The moderate size refill was a much better fit. I am not a flosser, but now I am scrubbing away. I have a routine visit scheduled in May. Whatever my Hygienist's evaluation of my efforts are, I plan to continue with Poxabrush. I don't know if they are intended to be single use brush, but I get numerous uses from the moderate size. The large size wound up being beaten to a pulp because they did not fit between my teeth.

Recommended by a dentist, use them every day. No need to use a new one every day but clean thoroughly and replace after a few uses (otherwise they break off in your teeth). I doubt you need them if you haven’t had some gum loss, but they do a great job of keeping the sides/roots of teeth free of tartar.

I have been using these for years. They are easy to carry and are a substitute for floss when you are away from home.

Flossing with braces is a nightmare and a time consuming process. A friend gave a proxabrush to me while on vacation, after she witnessed my mission to floss and ive been hooked since. It works great to clean in between tight teeth. Worth every penny! Highly recommend these if you wear braces.. I would suggest getting a box in each size.

The "medium" thickness is great for cleaning in between your teeth.

Difficult to find in stores. Used in addition to floss.
