Customer service is challenging. Beware of who the seller is
Originally received a defective product, the on/off don’t function correctly. Was very difficult to exchange, had to contact manufacturer, Amazon and gronk fitness. In the end an Amazon employee did what others couldn’t. Speaker is great now that I have one that works correctly. Gronk accepted no responsibility for this. They placed all responsibility on Amazon
