How many grams of lauric acid are in a serving (Tbs)?

I don't know the exact amount for Parachute but all coconut oils contain these medium chain fatty acids such as lauric acid, capric acid and caprylic acid. It is unrefined so the levels of the mcf are higher. I really like this brand of oil and use it for everything from hair and skin to food. Hope this helps

Why is the cost so high? It was very cheap outside market

It’s seemingly high but it’s 64 ounces of quality oil, I believe it’s worth it.

Is there an user manual?

There is no need for a manual. It is coconut oil that you can use to cook with or other skin uses. If you have a skin ailment you should read about the ailment and that is where you should find the instructions on how much oil to use. I use it to cook with and love it.
