Purchased this steamer for travel. While a little heavier than others, it has performed well everywhere. Dual voltage is convenient.

Overall it's very quick to heat up, and it folds up to be pretty compact. I like the bag for the accessory, however, they should have included a funnel just for this to be kept in the bag. The reason I rated it as such, though, has to do with the control. You have two options, momentary burst, or if you hold it long enough, a full 3 minutes of continuous steam. Could this just not be "hold for as long as you need" steam? Anything over 3 seconds gives you 3 minutes mandatory. You don't have a choice. I think if they wanted hands off continuous steam, it could be a separate button or something.

Works just as well if not better than my expensive professional steamer! A little leaky though so beware!

I had no idea how to operate this steamer initially. The instructions were basically useless. It said to power on and wait for the light to stop flashing but the light kept flashing, alternating colors between blue and red. The steamer also wasn’t heating up. I kept fiddling around with it until I finally got the steamer to heat up and function properly. The steamer works with both tap and distilled water. I always use distilled water to avoid mineral sediment build up. The steamer gets sufficiently hot at higher settings for steaming high temp clothing pile cotton and linens. It also works better without the brush, which I feel is more for delicate fabrics. This is not an iron replacement but does a decent job of sufficiently steaming away wrinkles. It’s also more time consuming than an iron. I plan to use this more for delicates and hard to press items such as gowns and sports coats. It’s perfect for those type use scenarios.
