It's all you need
I was tempted to get one of the wider ones. This one is perfect with nice range of heights. One review said it was slippery surface. I don't find this to be true in the least. Nice product. Highly recommend for the price!

Excellent for use following a hip surgery; or before
Had a hip replacement surgery and needed to strengthen my leg muscles. This product has multiple height levels to increase the intensity as you get stronger. Easy to adjust and use. Wish I had bot it before surgery but pain might not have allowed it's use.

Does what i need and easy to use
It is mostly plastic but have used it daily rehabbing a knee. It is stable and easy to use. I also use it under the feet of my bench to do decline press and it supports it well (lighter weight foldable workout bench) I weigh 215
