Q: bought in Nov 2015 used three times and heard a pop while cooking today and the lights on the unit went out and no longer heats. who can I call?

Coincidentally, I heard a pop twice a few days ago but it is still working. It seemed to me that the arepa mix was rising inside the Miallegro until it opened the white lock on the handle. Call 1-888-Miallegro (642-5534)

Made in China, knob breaks after a few uses, but I've been using a sharp knife to turn it. I've had it for over 3yrs. No other problems.
