Nutri Ninja Auto-IQ Spice Grinder, 1000W (Black)

Superfab. Planning on buying a 2nd piece for my sister. The quality is good. Will use it to make shakes, lassi, smoothies and chutneys as well. The seller took great care while packaging the product, to ensure that there is no damage during transit. In fact, the overall parcel had 3 boxes. 1 main outer box - it was huge. 2nd box, again a very hard cardboard box & then the main content box of the nutrition Ninja. I haven't used it so far, but will be using it in de morn, along with making breakfast. Good going Mr. Seller & Amazon. I bought the version of Nutri Ninja Auto IQ + Coffee & Spice DRY grinder as well. The cups or the glasses as you may call are sturdy and do not look like cheap plastic. And the machine, though heavy, is not ultra heavy or difficult to pick up. So overall, a satisfactory purchase. I wish the seller would bring some of the other brands like Vitamix/Blendtec & Ninja professional blenders to India as well with the 220 volts capacity. OVERALL, VERY HAPPY :-)

Good. Best motor. Do not buy if you want to use for Indian kitchen. Not suitable for Indian kitchen.

Not a great product at all. Stopped working after 1 year of mild use say once in a month. The jar does not get locked in the mixer hence it does not work. I had used Ninja similar product in US hence specifically ordered it for personal use. I am greatly disappointed as since it is not working tried several times to contact customer service of Zelos International mentioned on the pack , but it gives as the number is not existing. Can I get any any number to service my mixer grinder urgently ? Since I purchased it on Amazon, can Amazon help to get service or replacement of this faulty product ?

It served me well for one year- NO complaints! BUT after an year the motor started making noise and finally died on me. The WORST thing about this product is not the machine but that they have zero presence in India, so after sales service does not exist at all. No service centres, no call centres, nothing at all! So buy at your own risk.

Purchased the product from zelos international on July 2018 and the product was working fine for the first 6 months. Later whenever we used it there was a burnt smell coming out of the machine the blades seemed to have a problem and the juice was not edible due to that smell we tried contacting the seller regarding the replacement on jan 7th from then onwards and there has been no response. The product comes with a one year warranty and I guess I will have to wait for two more years to get a reply from the seller. They cut the call saying wrong number or they don’t attend the call often am fed up of contacting the seller. Bad experience.

Unlike the regular mixer grinder Ninja delivers that extra punch required for dry grinding much faster than anticipated. Makes excellent smoothies. Crushes ice in a jiffy.

Not worth the money! too noisy

Like it very much, value for money, excellent performance, secure packing with four boxes. Product quality and finishing is super thank you
