For the price, really love this machine, does all that I want it to, very clean cuts and the engraving is tight. Bought a Creality Ender 3 for 3D printing and super satisfied with it, so this was a no brainer for me. Great company, awesome results for low cost. Would HIGHLY recommend getting the honeycomb bed, makes a big difference in the results. Couldn't be happier!

Just got my product and the instructions are saying to use the honeycomb bed, but there was no honeycomb in the package? Is it supposed to come with one?

I have a couple of laser cutters and one I wasn’t using because none of my cuts were coming out well. This isn’t perfect but it made such a difference.This was easy to set up after I figured out the directions. They weren’t easy to follow and I ended up searching for some details online.It works well to prevent that burning around the edges I always got with that machine.It isn’t as good as one I have from XTools but it is good for a beginner machine.

Simple to install, adjust and use, I bought it for my office, but I think I'm going to move it to the garage where I have a spacious place where the smoke won't affect it, I know I can do a simple job to keep it in my office, but NO THANKS .Otherwise it is an impressively good machine, the design software is very easy to use, and I tested all the security functions and they worked wonderfully, a very good product and highly recommended in every way.

Works great, easy to set up and use. Just remember to clean head often if you do a lot of cutting.

After a couple of months of researching I decided to go with the creality laser. I was really looking into a fiber but I decided to take a chance on this and it had Fairly good reviews on Amazon so I made that move. Upon receiving the laser, I opened everything and all looked well everything was packaged nicely so I assembled everything and fired it up for the first time. The laser immediately fired on 100% high power in the same spot I wasn't paying attention as I was still working on some cable management behind the laser and my bench caught on fire. Nothing significant but still had my blood moving a little bit. Pawn examining the machine I realized that the memory board plug pins were all mangled up, I did my best to strengthen them out and I was able to get the laser to fire properly but then I had no stepper motors for my x-axis. I contacted the company immediately and I've since been waiting over 2 months for them to send me a replacement motherboard. I had to fight with Amazon on the return because I had limited amount of days even though I bought it and was dealing with the same company. I would not recommend this laser to anyone simply because the customer service is non-existent. This plug issue is very notorious, I've been on the Facebook groups and a few other groups and lots and lots of people have hadthis issue and very few have actually had help correcting it. If you want something that will work right out of the box and if not at least you will have support for I would not recommend sticking with creality.

This item is very easy to set up and use it takes a little getting used to the software and how to control it but over all it was a very good purchase and customer support is great the solved a issue I was having with one message
