I got this to use as Bob tape, it did not work out so well. But, it works great for it's actual use. I am a runner and my knee started hurting recently. I tried the recommended wrap on my knee and it took so much pressure off. I love it.

I've tried every treatment available for my severe tennis elbow discomfort, including hot packs, pain relievers, patches, elbow braces, etc. I'm waiting on Ortho to receive a steroid injection. But the agony was intolerable. I wasn't sure whether finding KT typing would help, but guess what? With the help of this KT tape, my pain went from a 10/10 to a 6/10. Really elastic and soft; I'll definitely buy it again!

I cleaned my skin with isopropyl wipes before applying but the tape doesn’t adhere very well to my skin. I maybe get one day use from it. But as long as it stays put, it is supportive

Husband got this to tape his hurt shoulder. Said it helped a little but not great.

These are two rolls of black kinesiology tape which perform as desired. I use K-Tape for a knee issue, and I've found that many of the "budget" tapes don't provide the type of stretch and adherence I am seeking. These two rolls are an exception. This is a very good value at the current price of $9.90 (plus an additional 5% off that price) for two rolls. I have paid twice that price for a single "high end" roll of big brand tape. I cut the tape with rounded ends and applied as I normally would. The hold was excellent, the stretch was exactly as I wanted, and the staying power of the tape was great. I ran water over the tape. While I wouldn't necessarily say it was truly waterproof, it was water resistant, and after blotting it with a towel, it continued to adhere as securely as it did upon initial application. There was no lifitng of edges or releasing of tension. Overall, this is a great K-Tape. 5 stars.

The rolls came individually wrapped in cellophane - with a perforated strip for easy removal. The tape is stretchy and sticks well. It did not leave any sticky residue on my skin when I removed it,
