Easy to install....does not leak
Does not have an S trap which may be required by your local inspector.Mine is just replacing existing plugged pipes so I used it to see if it would stop sewer gas/smells.It's been installed for 3 weeks now and works fine for my plumbing system. Ive noticed that the flapper will open and draw air when there's a vacuum in the system...makes a little noise.Existing heavy wall pvc was leaking and partially plugged. It took longer to remove what was there than to install the new. No glue. All seals are silicon...so just clean everything...assemble....hand tighten...all good.Im an experienced plumber so it was pretty simple job for me.It takes up a whole lot less space...which is what I was looking for.
