Lux Cott's Wool Boys Thermal Set

Very nice product but size too small.

I recently ordered the Lux Cozy Warmer through online delivery, and I must say I’m quite disappointed with the sizing of the product. I ordered my usual size, but when it arrived, it was significantly smaller than expected.The smaller size made it uncomfortable to wear, and I couldn’t even fit it up properly. It’s a shame because the material and quality of the Lux Cozy Warmer seemed good, but the sizing issue ruined the entire experience for me.I tried reaching out to customer service to request a replacement or return, but the process was cumbersome, and it took quite a while to get a response.In conclusion, while the Lux Cozy Warmer appears to be a well-made product, the sizing inconsistency and the hassle of dealing with customer service for a return or replacement have left me dissatisfied with this purchase. I would recommend being cautious with the sizing when ordering this product online.

I like the quality of fabric and colour, but size is not upto mark, and as it is not returnable and size is not correct, I have to keep it ..waste of money.

This pair of thermal was brought for my son who is 13 years old. So i selected the size 13-14 which I generally select on Amazon and other online shopping platforms and it's always a right fit. But this set of thermal came with a bottom that fits a 9 year old max. Again this product was non returnable except for the defect. And the Amazon call centre was even more hopeless... I can't believe that a trusted name like luxcottswool can not be trusted too. I had to suffer the loss because of them. Check the photo of the product. It can never fit any 13-14 year old.

Nice thermals under a budget. Much better than expensive brands and very warm, soft , thick and comfortable.
