Solid build, clear instructions ... worth the few $$ more than the plastic one
I purchased a similar Cabinet last year, quite happy with it. Wanting to move things around, I looked to purchase a second one. The first is plastic ... fine for the price. When looking at the NUUK, I noticed it is metal with additional features and better quality for really not that much more considering the use. I am totally satisfied. - solid build, noticeable convenient features (built-in shelf, wood board, interior holder for paper towels). - bigger and more solid wheels (4 rubber vs 2 plastic) - AND ... well thought-through instructions. I am handy, so not usually an issue, but so often, instructions are terrible (you know why); not these I added a cover to protect it ... extends life of product. I liked it so much, I purchased the same, but smaller one also - the larger one is the counter area, the smaller is for my BGE Mini Max. The Plastic one is now for a TV

Compact, functional, well made, easy to put together by following the diagrams!
Nice cart for our deck! It has places on the side to hang grill tools, and a nice side caddy formspices and condiments. Under the stainless steel top is a large pull-out storage drawer. And underneath that is a large storage cabinet which can hold a propane tank. We plan to our Weber electric grill which weighs 30 pounds on top of the cart. We loved out old Weber Gas grill and attached cabinet, but condo and apartment complexes in our city no longer allow gas or propane or charcoal grills. The cart takes about 1 hour to put together IF you have 2 people. That’s because the second person can help hold the pieces in place while the other person screws them together. That said, I put it together myself in less than 2 hours. That included unpacking the big box and laying out all the pieces. What took the longest was stabilizing the big pieces so i could align the screws with the holes. 1 tip… GENTLY screw the screws in. It’s easy to misthread a screw by forcing it. All the screws went in easily using a handheld phillips screwdriver… except for 1 screw. That screw or the hole needed the power of an electric screwdrive to fully seat the screw. Also, when you are screwing 2 pieces together with 2 or 4 screws, it’s a good idea to get all the screws in BEFORE tightening them all the way. That gives you some “play” with properly aligning the pieces. Another tip: i laid out all the pieces before starting the project. Although the BIG pieces had no numbers, they could be identified by looking at the directions. All screws, nuts, small pieces were nicely packaged and numbered. This was an huge help. And you might want to use a magnifying glass to view the diagrams better! The only pieces I had to switch around were the 2 shelf-rail pieces. I had to switch the left and right pieces with each other. We were missing 4 of the screws which hold the handle on. There is an 800 number on the directions to call, and it was answered promptly. Yesterday it was 75 and sunny, and today I planned to rearrange the deck furniture and roll the new cart onto the deck. (The cart rolls very smoothly!) Mother nature had other ideas… today it’s 32 degrees and snowing. But i will attach a photo of the assembled cart sitting in the living room.

Excellent Cart
Very nice cart. Easy to assemble. Well-designed and a great stainless steel working surface for outdoor bbq. There is a cover sold separately by Nuuk which fits perfectly and hides any clutter while shielding from rain. I would highly recommend this cart and suggest also getting the cover.

Nice outdoor cart.
This is a great little cart for my portable grill. Sturdy, easy to assemble. The only issue I had was the bore holes for the door to attach were drilled on the wrong side of the door. Lucky that my neighbor had metal drill bits and he drilled new holes in the proper side of the door and it works great.

Appears to be a good value, easy assembly, sturdy construction (I’d recommend two improvements)
Most of the “outdoor” food preparation cabinets/islands/furniture made of metal/stainless steel are super expensive. Like thousands of dollars. I bought this NUUK model to replace a smaller (fake) wood food preparation island we purchased five years ago. It was falling apart, and we found that it was just too small for our needs. Here are my impressions of the NUUK, which we received yesterday: PROS—(1) Easy to assemble. The assembly instructions are pretty well thought-out and presented, though the writing could be more clear in some areas. I also watched the assembly video on the Amazon website, which was very helpful. Took me about two hours to assemble by myself, start to finish, even with a few interruptions from our dog. All the hardware was included too. Pretty much all of the holes lined-up as needed, so the to screws and other hardware were pretty easy to install. (2) The entire unit is metal, which appears to be pretty sturdy (good for a unit that will be outside all the time). A couple pieces arrived with minor dings, but nothing serious. (3) The stainless steel top is pretty thin. It arrived with no dings, scratches or blemishes. We’ll see how it lasts over time and through the weather (we’re in Michigan, with four seasons that can range from below-zero and blizzards in winters to 100+ temperatures and high humidity in summers. CONS—Only two that I would immediately note: (1) The cutting board that ships with the unit doubles as the “shelf” inside the right side of the cabinet. But the hardware/brackets used to “hold” the cutting board in place so it can function as a shelf are flimsy, at best. I know it’s important to be able to easily remove the cutting board to use it during food prep, and then to re-mount it. But the first time I put the cutting board on the mounting brackets, it immediately and literally fell off. Then I put it back on before I rolled the assembled unit into place … and the cutting board fell off again as the unit was rolling. (2) This is related to the first “con.” I wish the unit had a shelf on both sides inside the cabinet. Would greatly increase the unit’s storage capacity for paper towels, aluminum pans, aluminum foil, and other stuff used when grilling/smoking. One more think: I strongly recommend purchasing the NUUK cover that is designed specifically for this cabinet. It’s really well made and will absolutely help protect it in rain and/or snow.
