Nice new design to the classic Wayfarer

Following an eye surgery a few years back I began collecting sunglasses. I have quite a few pair, some cheap, some kinda not-so-cheap, but my Ran Bans, especially the few pair of Wayfarers I own, are by far my favorites. These Ray Ban sunglasses are genuine, iconic Wayfarers - originally designed decades ago in Italy, and continue to be made there. They feel great (mine needed no adjusting), with a perfectly balanced frame, look great with the tortoise-shell temples, and precision made lenses. In typical Ray Ban fashion, they come with a nice case, and a maintenance kit, including a spray cleaner vial, lens cleaning cloth, and key chain style screwdriver, all in its own carrying and storage case. I am happy to have this new pair of Wayfarers find a home in my Ran Ban collection!

I love Ray-Ban glasses and sunglasses. This is random but when I graduated High School in 1999 my parents said I could pick out something I wanted for my graduation gift. I picked a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses and have been obsessed with them since then. My current glasses are Ray-Ban. When I saw these sunglasses, I ordered them immediately without hesitation. I really wanted them for myself but remember my husband managed to punch himself in the face and knocked his Oakley’s off onto the street and then stepped on them so they were not salvageable and he needed new sunglasses so I gave these to him. He said they’re really comfortable and are not tight behind his ears and do not hurt the bridge of his nose. He likes them so much he won’t wear them to work because he doesn’t want to destroy them. I love the tortoise color. Ray-Bans are always great quality and these are no exception. I still have my Ray-Ban sunglasses that I mentioned earlier that I got in 1999. I like all the accessories these came with as well. This is a great price and I’m jealous that my husband has them, honestly so may have to get another pair. 🤗

When it comes to sunglasses, there really isn't another brand as iconic as Ray-Bans. This is my first pair, and now I understand the hype. They are surprisingly lightweight, which is a big deal for me, because I have very sensitive sinuses, and too much pressure on the bridge of my nose gives me terrible headaches. But, for being lightweight, they are sturdy and good quality (as one would expect for the price!). This bundle also comes with a really nice repair kit in case you have a screw come loose (literally, not metaphorically!). I would recommend . . . as long as you're not the type to lose sunglasses easily, because at $170 a pop, I'm never letting these babies out of my sight!

As far as I can tell, these are legit Ray-Bans --- and even if not, they're pretty well made! The sunglasses have nice solid rims, they came in a lovely leather case (almost identical to my existing Ray-Ban case), accompanied by a second nice leather case with some care accessories. This would make a classy gift. With Ray-Bans iyou're paying a lot for the name --- and this is true --- but unlike certain other names people pay a lot for, they actually are well made.
