❄️ Cool smarter, not harder — upgrade your thermal game with PhaseSheet PTM!
Thermal Grizzly PhaseSheet PTM is a high-performance thermal pad featuring phase change material that liquefies at 45°C for optimal heat transfer. It reduces GPU hotspot temperatures by up to 20°C, is non-electrically conductive for safe use on sensitive electronics, and maintains stable performance after multiple thermal cycles. Sized at 50x40mm, it’s designed for easy application and versatile compatibility with CPUs, GPUs, and other electronic cooling systems.

Highend thermal compound for CPU delid-relid job, without electric shortcut risk of liquid metals
I delidded my i7 7800X, and put this staff between the core and the lid, as the paste applied by Intel was really bad quality. Custom watercooling loop with 1080Ti GPU. The loop is fine, as the GPU max was 40C. Before the job, the CPU went on 60-70C in idle, and peaks were well over 90C. Now idle 35C, in load 60-66, and no peaks at all. Easy to cut and apply on, it's just as sticky, as it needs to be. End one sheet could be enough for a CPU core (under the lid), and for a GPU. It lasts longer than paste, and it's not electrical conductor, but brings the same effectivity as the liquid metals. Price... it's not worse then other highend compounds.

Very good upgrade from regular paste
Very happy with the product . Decreased my 7900XTX GPU hotspot temps by 20* . Highly recommend it to anyone who has problems with overheating or high GPU hotspots . Is not very expensive but not cheap either . Good quality . Remember to chill it before use , I kept it in fridge for 10-15 minutes before applying it for easy handling and fitting . Is a bit fiddly to work with but take your time and you won’t regret after .

Simple Application and Solid Results
First time using a thermal pad and it worked great. Really easy to apply and honestly much less hassle than paste. It was slightly wider than the CPU so I trimmed it a bit, not sure if that’s the correct approach, but it ended up fitting perfectly. After assembling the PC I ran a few benchmarks and everything looked good, with the heat transferring cleanly to the radiator. The price felt reasonable to me too, especially considering how well it performed.

Better than Thermal Paste for on die cooling
As the title says, this is a much better thermal material for on die cooling such as GPUs and consoles. It may be 2 or 3c hotter but this will NOT push out like thermal paste lasting forever. Using this on my GTX 1080 improved thermals by like 20c, did the same on a 4080 super temps were 1 or 2c worse but kinda expected. When applying it's a pain in the arse even with putting it in the fridge and trying to stick it down but you eventually get it.

Powerful stuff.
Greatly improved the temps on my i5 13600K compared to a thermal paste I used before. Hovering arond 30 degrees C or less at idle and I have almost never seen it go above 90 degrees C during heavy and sustained workloads. Was a tiny bit finicky to install with shaky hands at first, and the tape was slightly difficult to remove, but I got there only after a couple of minutes of trying and the paste didn't tear. I'm sure this would have been a lot easier if I cooled the paste down even more before applying, so be sure to follow the leaflet inside the box. Obviously can't speak for the long-term usage performatnce, but from what I have heard, these things last a long time.

Improved laptop performance
It's been around 3 weeks now and I am really happy with my laptop temperatures after using PTM! For context, I have an Asus Rog Stryx laptop which uses liquid metal on the GPU and CPU. When I first bought it I didn't know much about liquid metal but thought it sounded interesting and was even quite excited to have a laptop with it. Boy was I wrong... After about 2 years of using my laptop and not having any issues, the laptop started shutting off while playing certain games. I tried seeing if I can sort the issue out through software changes but soon realized the issue ran deeper than that. It was clearly overheating and shutting down to save itself. I then opened the bugger and as you can see from the second photo, the liquid metal was anywhere but on the bloody GPU or CPU, hence crispy black spots in the middle. I did a lot of reading and decided to not use my familiar thermal paste but instead go for PTM and I'm glad I did. I won't lie to you putting it on is tricky. I bought 2 sheets for my GPU and CPU as it was my first time using it and I knew I needed to have space for error which I had. I recommend putting it in the fridge before using as it tends to soften up in your hands. Plenty of YouTube tutorials out there on this. Finally got it on as you can see on the first photo and put some thermal sheets on my VRAM and VRMs before closing it off. Temperature-wise, don't expect a huge drop, especially on your laptop as gaming laptops tend to have high temps. What was important for me is that the PTM keeps temps in the safe boundaries and saves my CPU and GPU and that it does. Overall, the quality of the PTM and packaging was really good and since I was able to do this myself rather than sending to a repair shop I got more than my money's worth. Would highly recommend!

If overclocked don't use it, go with duronaut
If you have a overclocked CPU don't get it my temps were higher than before and yeah I did over 10 heat cycles and I even had full coverage on the CPU I went with Duronaut and dropped 10c watching YouTube and gaming things like at so basically I just wasted £13 on the phase sheet because of all the hype and I'm running a watercooled system with 480 an 420 and 360 rads so I should have low temps but didn't with the ptm paste for the win on this one

Really good thermal solution for long term applications.
Listen, this stuff is great and easy to install (put it in the fridge for 2 hours, cut to size, peel off the film with tweezers and slap it down). The thermal performance was slightly better than Arctic MX-4 as I'm not using direct-to-die cooling, but I mainly bought this for the longevity. I must warn you, however, that if you do decide to replace your CPU cooler at some point like me, this stuff is not the soft flexible material that that it is pre-application. Once it's gone through some heat cycles it turns into CEMENT. Yanked my AM4 CPU right out of the socket even after running Prime95 for 30 mins prior to removal. I had to use a heat gun directly on the heatsink just to get the PhaseSheet soft enough to pry the CPU off. Thankfully no damage to the pins, but it's something to bare in mind. If you plan on keeping your CPU cooler for 5+ years, and want a very effective thermal solution where you never need to repaste, BUY THIS, IT'S GREAT. If you foresee yourself changing your CPU or CPU cooler anytime soon, STEER CLEAR.

Decided to try this instead of Honeywell one because that one is difficult to find. In terms of application and ease of use it's pretty much the same as Honeywell. And I suppose performance wise as well because it's been quite some time since I applied it and my gaming laptop has not thermal throttled or even needed to ramp up fans a lot. Overall it's quieter, colder and stutter free. I highly recommend to ditch normal compounds and get this instead. Follow instructions carefully and remember to clean every part of your heatsink and cooling system properly because using this.

Excellent getting 30c to 70c on hotspot watting for inbeding on a rx9060tx gpu 30c to 45c have got a few heat sinks an the back plate thou.

Excellent cooling. CPU maintained at 38C at idle versus 46C with cryosheet which found has uneven clamping when replacing to phaseshift.
