The box has been opened. The cap was not tight. The wand didn't "pop" when opened. Frankly, I think it's used and was sold as new. I'd return it but I threw it away in disappointment.

So so disappointed! The first tubes were good this is not a good one before made my lashes look good and long not this one about the same as the dollar store mascara!
