I'm lifting heavier and I'm not as sore. I've also noticed I've had more more power. I did a fair amount of research before switching and I appreciated that the ingredients are clean. I was a fan of my previous brand because it was pH balanced and other brands I've tried in the past had a tendency to upset my stomach and cause a good amount of bloating. With TL, I haven't had any adverse effects and no stomach issues. It dissolves well in water, and there's no graininess. The strawberry lemonade flavor is both sweet and tart without being cloyingly so. While it's a tad more expensive than my old brand, given the results I feel it's a great value.

I feel it’s a great creatine supplement. Dissolves easily, easy to drink. However, HMB always has a unique smell.
