I’ve never had back issues or needed a back brace before. The other day I sprained my lower back while on a work trip. I didn’t have access to a measuring tape so I don’t know what size to buy. I wear a size 31 Levi’s, that’s all I knew. From the existing reviews, I was able to narrow it down and I ordered a large.I didn’t pay for expedited shipping but my brace arrived the next morning. I was able to pull it out of the bag, put it on and I received instant relief from the pain. The design has a lumbar support pad on the inside can can be adjusted with a Velcro attachment. The outside lumbar support is a stiff plastic that is solid but still allows for me to move around and sit comfortably. Although there were instructions, I was able to just put it on and adjust it.There is a thick band that velcros to make the band tight. Then, there are 2 side bands that are attached to the smaller bands to get a tighter fit. I could have gotten away with a medium. I am 5’4” and around 150 lbs. This also comes with an extender that allows for probably 5-6 more inches. Although mine is a little bigger, there is no compromise on the fit or function due to the smart design.The next day, I received an email asking if I had any questions, it said there is a 30 day warranty and lifetime customer support.I really appreciate this product that almost instantly takes my back pain away, feels great and works as a waist trainer and the customer behind it. Excellent product!

I have arthritis in my spine and when I need to stand for a considerable time, especially if I need to bend like for yard work, this brace gives me the support I need. The Velcro adjuster works well, and, therefore, it fits as well as I adjust it. While providing the support I need it also allows me to be mobile. I recommend it.

I bought this brace to provide support for my back and assist with pain due to herniations of the L4 and L5 discs as well as sciatica. The support is good when doing housework, sitting at a computer or driving. I also sometimes wear it when exercising. It is constructed well as far as stitching, though the rings that the side straps run through flip and do not stay in position. I have not found a brace I feel is any better for the cost.

This is the absolute best back brace! I wear it every day to work, standing on my feet for 10 hours. It’s comfortable, doesn’t dig in. Does ride up just a little sometimes. But that’s an easy fix. And let me put it this way, before this brace when I got home from work I couldn’t bend down, or stand up straight. My back hurt so bad!! Not anymore. My posture is also better. If you can’t decide between sizes, go with the smaller one because it comes with an extension. I wish I would have known that. And due to loosing weight I wouldn’t have had to buy a second smaller size. Yeah, it’s that good!! I bought a second one. Hope this helps. I also prayed for relief from the pain. Either way I give credit to him.

I have lower back pain. This has helped a lot. The velcro works well and they also have an extender and I am thinking if you have on bulk sweaters this may help the brace fit better. The fit is great and you can tighten it as much as needed.I

As I can see this back brace you sent is extraordinary and made with love and quality materialswith the most thoughtful design, I'd ever seen for a backbrace. I have to have an extender for this back brace because it's just needs a little more room for me. I need it to be just more than the 63 inches provided. But so you could say oh, if you needed to be 63 inches, be prepared to consider a backbrace extender which you can purchase separately, but you can say, this is versatility, because I am a grown man, and my wife also needs back support as a teacher. So she can wear the back brace and it will support her, too, and she won't swimming in it, and it won't slip down on her, like if they had made it a bit bigger, and it is the right size for her and many others. I can wear it with an extender so we can both get support from this one. Amazing backbrace, and we both need it. So we both really appreciate it. How very nice it is, and the design of the back brace is quite stellar.You can tell the time and caring that went into designing and making this, so thank you FreeToo, for making a great back brace. One of the things that I like specifically about this is that it has the Springs on the side, which is something that's not easy to find with a lumbar pad that is very large and generous. Well made well padded and one of the things. That's really nice about this. Is that it's soft on the inside. For somebody who's going to be wearing this against their skin. And they have soft and delicate skin. It's absolutely a requirement if you're going to be wearing it underneath your clothing for it to be.As soft as possible and so this is as durable as possible. Just as supportive as possible and the supportive underneath the padding. Those stays that hold everything in place and support. Things from underneath those are positioned, just right. They are high quality, They're insulated well from any discomforts and provide support.
