Great bike!
This is a beautiful bike! More important, as a 73 year old female who still loves to bike, it is such a good size for me, and very comfortable. I feel safe riding this, which I didn’t when riding my Trek 26” bike or the e-bike that I bought, which was way too heavy for me to handle. I’m thrilled with this bike!

Great bike and great customer service
The bike was easy to put together and rides like a dream, especially at this price point. Bought this for my wife and she is very happy with it and loves the color and how comfortable it is to ride. The original shipment came with a bent front wheel, but after talking to their customer support, they promptly sent me a new wheel at no charge to me. They were very helpful and super kind. I will absolutely be looking to them for any new bike purchases.

This bike is small
I bought the bike for myself but after my husband spent an hour butting it together, we realized it’s too small. I’m 5’5” and when I rode it, it looked like it was a children's bike.

We like it!
The bike looks great! My daughter likes it so much. The wheel fender and basket is very useful. Such bikes for daily use can be easily seen in Asia and Europe. But it's hard to find them in the US. For high school kids, it's very practical.
