My husband has always had really bad ear pain during the ascent and descent when we fly somewhere. It would take him literal hours to recover from the discomfort once we got to our destination. I came across these and got them for him. And he said they actually worked for him!! They were easy to put in, fit well & he had no pain during the ascent and descent. He did say they stopped working after they got dirty, so you will have to either buy new pairs or try to clean ones to extend their life a bit. So worth the money though for his comfort, and it comes with 3 pairs! But will absolutely be keeping these on hand for our future travels!

I have used these in the past for flying due to Eustachian tube dysfunction but since I hadn’t flown since 2016 they were long gone. I was pleased that they still work just as well as they did a decade ago. The free phone app tracking the cabin pressure was also helpful but realistically you can tell if your ears are uncomfortable without it.Other reviews complaining they didn’t reduce noise are moot because that is not they are for. They are for reducing ear pain and pressure. I have found that people saying they don’t work tend to not put them into their ears far enough.It doesn’t hurt to try them if you experience ear and sinus pain or pressure when you fly.

At the risk of sounding like a paid actor (I'm not lol), these things work! I went on a plane for the first time last year without knowing how bad it was going to be. My ears were popping to the extreme and it was so painful and very scary even. When I got to my destination I could barely hear anything to the point where I could not have a conversation with anyone. Even when I came back I could not hear for weeks and I had severe ear aches and constant popping. Well this year I decided to try the earplanes and they worked extremely well! I put them in my ear before take off and pretty much kept them in the whole time because they also help with sound. I will say that sometimes during the flight I held them in with my hands because I experience a little popping but was only a few times, like two or three. My ears are super sensitive so someone else may not have this issue. But I will say that my ears felt 95% better than last year. I could hear perfectly well when I got off the plane and was not in pain or discomfort. On my way back which was a 4-Hour trip I experienced a little more popping but it was seriously only 3 to 5 times and it was very minimal. I came home with a very slight earache but nothing compared to what I experienced last year. On the flight they work so good I literally started crying and I had to look away so people couldn't see that tears were coming from my eyes. I prayed and thank G*d in heaven that I found this product. I feel like my ears were saved from certain damage and discomfort. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because I still experience a tiny bit of popping but like I said it was very minimal. If you have super sensitive ears like me I highly recommend this product.

They worked well at take off and landing .You can still hear flight instructions too ( while they are in your ear ).

I haven’t been on an airplane without these in years. Since I was a kid, I suffered from major pain and discomfort in my ears when flying. Once, my eardrum ruptured on a flight. Since I’ve found these, I haven’t had a single worry about my ears. Zero pain and discomfort on flights.

In all my 61yrs of flying I’ve never had a problem with my ears till a couple yrs ago. Not only did I have pain and fullness in my ears but it took about a wk before my ears calmed down. Helps keep ear pain to a minimum which is great! Be sure to blow nose hard first to help eliminating pressure in ear canal.
