easy to assemble
Top quality, easy to assemble, I was using it just an hour after it was delivered. The range of exercises you can do on this piece of equipment is amazing, abs and back as the description says and also arms, shoulders and chest. I am really pleased as it will help me to carry on strengthening my back and core muscles after a spinal injury put me out of action for a few years, I can now push myself a bit harder, building on what physiotherapy has done for me so far. The Finnlo trainer is really sturdy and solid and well worth the money I think.

Good build quality.
I bought it from Amazon Warehouse for a great bargain of £75. It arrived like new just a tatty box.Took me about 20 mins to assemble, very easy to follow instructions with spanners supplied though I would recommend using your own to get the job done quicker and easier than fiddling with the very thin ones supplied.Straight out the box you can see its a quality build and should last and take a beating.I am appx 5.11" and 100kgs and I find it very comfy in all positions. It does fold up by the removal of a quick release pin, no hassle at all but dont expect it to fold up flat but it does fold up enough to save some space.I can actually use the pad with a curl bar, Its not a wide pad but it is possible. The only dislike I have is that the dumbbell holders are a real pain and I prefer to leave mine out on the floor. There is a workout guide included.Update: I have removed 1 star from 4 to 3 because when doing arm curls you have to be careful not to hit the joint on the machine that attaches to the leg fixation.
