The Hasegawa Kit comes requiring assembly and painting. There are no "working parts" ... when assembled, the wheels are fixed. Some features, such as the canopy, lift engine intake can be assembled in the open position but will be fixed. Hope this helps

The Slats, flaps, and rudders can be assembled offset. But if I remember correctly, not the horizontal stabs.
