Holds carpet tiles together and creates a good floor covering
A nice amount of adhesive connectors for the carpet tiles I am using in my she-shed renovation. The carpet tiles have adhesive on the back, but that is usually a hit or miss as to the stickiness and staying power, so these connectors provide another solution for that flooring. I can avoid removing the backing on the carpet tiles for the floating carpet style. I elected to use the adhesive on the back of the carpet tiles, but I added these at each 4 corner intersection and pressed the corners down very firmly, especially around the edge of the connector to seal the pieces together. I put a weight at each intersection (cans of paint) and left it all alone for a couple of days. So far this has met my expectations - no lifted corners on any carpet tiles means no tripping hazard.

Really good at sticking to the underlying floor (not a good thing...)
So, they are plenty sticky for the carpet tiles, but the patch allows the glue to get around or through the backing, and then your carpet tiles are stuck to your floor. When you pull them up, then you have to get the adhesive off the floor you were trying to cover. Unfortunately, I bought these way before I needed them and missed the return window, but I cannot recommend them.

Weird , which side is the sticky side?
We made a “cozy cottage” under our granddaughters stairs and used carpet tiles. Put one under each intersection of four tiles. Felt like only one side was sticky but no tiles have moved so the adhesive must migrate to both sides. I assume it’s to allow for accurate initial placement. Much easier then using carpet tape!

Avoid
These are terrible. They are gooey and allow the tiles to move, and they ooze a oily goo that needs to be removed on the floor below with goo gone.

Barely lasted a month
I purchased these to keep some carpet squares together in my classroom. I previously used a different brand and it held tight all school year but I had to cut them to store the squares for summer. This brand started pulling apart after less than a month. They get gooey and leave a film on the floor and my hands when I try to fix them. They are not worth the money and now it's too late to return them!

Disappointed
Tried using about 12 of these for carpet tiles and could not get to stick. Only 1 side seemed to have adhesive that would work. Threw out the rest and purchased carpet tape from the hardware store that works much better.

BUYERS BEWARE. PRODUCT IS NOT STICKY MESH LIKE THE PHOTO AND DID NOT WORK AT ALL FOR ME. I WAS REFUNDED AND AMAZON SHOULD NOT ALLOW SUCH A RIP OFF ON THEIR WEBSITE/PLATFORM. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

No pegan con fuerza y con el calor el pegamento se escurre por todas partes y termina embarrado en el piso y despegado de las alfombras. Cómo no es una estampa sino una red, aunque no haya calor el pegamento se transfiere por ambos lados
