Wow - Great Glamping Tent - First Impressions!
I'm 74, and semiretired, so I want to get back into camping. After months of looking at all the options there are for tents, I decided I wanted something substantial - more of a glamping tent or basecamp. When I saw inflatable tents I did my research and decided maybe they would be a good option. But there are so many choices, and most of the reviews are mixed or just not very helpful. Finally based on materials and ease of setup I bought the 10 x 10 KNUO inflatable tent. I was pretty excited when it arrived, until I lifted it. This tent is HEAVY and a bit unwieldy - about 66 lbs, prompting me to buy a cart to haul it in. Unboxing it however was a treat. It does in a big bag, and has a smaller very strong bag inside holding the tent, pump and stakes. It does not come with anything more than the sketchiest of instructions (inside the bag), but there isn't too much to worry about. I spread the tent out in my backyard, attached the hose to the pump and screwed it into the inflation port, which looked solidly built into the tent. It took about 7 minutes to pump up, lifting and spreading it out until it reached the 7 psi recommended on the pump gauge. I'm a bit lazy and may get a portable inflator but hey, I can use the exercise. With a bit of help it popped up nicely and is absolutely what I wanted. It is gorgeous. The material is the thickest I have ever seen on a tent. I believe the 1600 Oxford cloth claim. it is very nice, feels strong, and the tub floor is great. After a day it was still perfectly inflated, and I didn't want to leave it up. It has a ring set inside so you can string a line up across the length or the tent, or attach to one of the 3 rings. The doors and screens have easy to use holdbacks when you want them open, and the zippers feel very good quality at first glance. I am really excited to take this out boon docking or national park camping. I will report back later with an update on waterproofing and actual use. I seriously love this tent so far - and feel it is a great deal.

Good glamping tent
Only gone camping with it once, but it worked great and was easy to setup and take down. The included pump is pretty cheap but functional and inflated it faster than I would have thought. No issues with leaks (air or water). I got the 3 person tent and I think 3 would be pushing it, its a great size for one person though.

Beautiful, rugged, and reliable tent!
My best tent. This is my fifth tent as a searched for one that was easy to set up, tall enough to stand up inside, could hold up in bad weather conditions and finally found this one. Just attach the pump and start pumping, if you start to shake the tent, it will quickly start to pop right up, then continue pumping to reach a good pressure. I bought this tent in July and set it on my back deck. It’s now September 1st and I have not needed to add air at all! The information says 2 weeks without adding air but I am going on 6 to 7 and it’s still as solid as when I first pressurized it. There’s two doors and six windows all with weatherproof zippered covers and screens and an access point in the roof for a camping stove chimney. All of the material is rugged and the floor is exceptionally thick and rugged. I put a tarp external to the tent, so I can be inside or outside even during heavy rains. It’s also essentially freestanding. it doesn’t need a bunch of tiedowns for it to keep its shape. When you inflate it, it takes it full shape resembling a small cottage. I plan to leave it up through the winter and see how it handles snow. Based on my other tents, this design should handle the snow very well. So far, it’s been essentially a perfect tent. Not critical but the only thing lacking for me is a feed-through port to run an electrical cord or maybe a propane tank hose from the outside through the tent wall to the inside. I plan to add one myself.

Great inflatable tent!
Update: 05/30/25Brought this inflatable tent out for the recent Memorial Day Long weekend. It rained consistently for each of our 3 days we were out camping. Tent performed great. I always cover my tent with a rainfly which helps to keep everything dry when it's time to go home. I applied seam sealant to the large seam that runs around the tent that connects the bathtub floor to the body. No water entered the tent at this seam which was a relief. If you are curious what size rainfly I purchased, it was 20' x 14' which covered most of the tent and provided an ample footprint to be outside yet protected from the rain. I don't miss the clear plastic windows that some of the more expensive inflatable tents provide. When I camp I only go into the tent to sleep so there isn't a need to look out of the tent windows. Still enjoy the tent. This is a good size tent for a family of three.Taking a brand new, untested tent on a four-day long family weekend could potentially be recipe for disaster but that was exactly what I did. The weather turned out to be thunder and lightening for two of the four days we camped with about two inches of rainfall total. How did the tent perform? Fantastic! This tent is well made and the construction has an attention to detail. The top part of the tent is made of a nylon Cordura type material and the floor is a thick vinyl. The tent doesn’t come with a ground cloth so I used a generic plastic tarp. Unfortunately, some of the tarp stuck out from under the tent during the rain and water pooled under the tent. Upon deflating the tent NO water entered through the floor of the tent that I could find. The tent does not come with a rainfly because it is a “solid” waterproof roof. I always use a tarp above any tent I buy so I can’t say how well the roof of the tent would do in a heavy rain storm but we had no leaks as expected. The only area that had some water intrusion was at the bottom of the tent where the walls meet the floor but this seems to occur in most of the tents I’ve ever tested. The rain was heavy at times and the water that I could feel at the base of the walls did not enter the tent. The water only beaded up on the nylon material. The tent supports or pillars are made of thick nylon you might find on an inflatable paddle board. When I timed how long it took to inflate the tent, my 11 yo son inflated the tent in about three minutes using the pump that comes with the tent. To deflate you just unscrew the single valve and the tent collapses in less than a minute. Overall, I am very satisfied with this tent and would recommend to anyone looking for a “budget” well-made inflatable tent.Pros:Great construction, sturdy materialsEsthetically pleasing overall designEase of inflation and deflation. Two air conditioning vent holes for your convenienceA stove jack pipe flap ready to be installedOpenings on all walls of the tent. Ten in total.Cons:Heavy. At 66 lbs, this isn’t an easy tent to move. A strong single male can manage but two people would be best when transporting around.Dark interior. No openings in the ceiling. No storage pockets on the inside of the tentOnly one area to hang a light in the ceiling on the interior of the tent.No clear plastic windows, only mosquito mesh and solid panel for all windows and doors. This is both a pro and con because the added clear window plastic would increase an already heavy tent.
