Easy to remove if you make a mistake
I used these to install Ondura panels to the roof of a shed. It was my first time and I made some minor mistakes that required removing some of the screws to change the positioning of a panel. One advantage of the screws is that if you make a mistake and need to remove a screw, you simply back it out. I then used clear silicone to fill the hole (this is not noticeable from the ground). I think it would be more difficult to pry out a nail without damaging the panel. I haven't used the nails, but I'm guessing that an experienced installer could work more quickly with the nails compared to using these screws.

Ondura roofing screws with washer - the right tool for the job
I built a stand alone generator shed and used Ondura roofing. I considered using the nail option, but decided to purchased and use the Ondura roofing screws with washer. The screws enable you to apply the exact amount of tension. On a large project these screws would be a bit pricey, but I have no regrets. Very pleased with the product.
