This is a great skin product. The oil is completely clear, the spray gives a good amount and it spreads really well and easily. A little goes a long way. It leaves the skin feeling moist and refreshed with a coolness to it, if a little, very little, tackiness. I use it all over, including my face. It seems to help with heat-induced leg ache, which completely went after a few days. My legs have no dry skin and my face has fewer fine lines. I also use it on my husband and massage it in all over, especially his legs and feet. He loves the sensation and says his feet hurt less since we've been using it.The ingredients are listed as Magnesium Chloride Brine, which suggests it should taste rather salty, yet it actually has a sweet taste and a sensation on the tongue identical to Glycerine. Glycerine is widely used as a skin conditioner,so that is not a problem but it should be listed as an ingredient.The expiration date gives three years, which is excellent and it won't last that long in our house.This is rather an expensive way to buy it but it is much better value if two bottles are bought together. It is certainly worth buying two as the product is excellent and I heartily recommend it.

I had no expectation of this oil making any difference, however it does help you sleep and it definitely helps with aches and pains. In addition my bloated belly has reduced and I have lost weight, something I have struggled to do for ten years. My daughter is also recommending it to her friends.

Wasn't sure what to make of this spray. I have read about magnesium usage & levels in the body.Must admit, having read the instructions on application I was slightly perplexed. I also read other reviews to get more ideas.I've tried spraying, rubbing & massaging in various areas. However, what works for me is spraying it on my lower legs. I now seem to sleep well most nights, so something works. So for me it works.

Helps with sleep

I got this for a friend who has trouble sleeping. She's been using it for about three weeks now, and whilst she says she hasn't really noticed any changes in her sleep patterns, she does enjoy using the spray, which is light and not cloying, and makes her skin feel refreshed and supple. Her sleep issues have been long term and she feels it's unfair to judge this product after only a few weeks of use, so she's going to continue to use it, not least because of how it seems to improve and soften the skin on her arms and legs.

I normally take magnesium in the form of capsules but thought I'd try this spray out.I applied it to my feet instead of taking the capsules but I think it will take a while before I can tell if it works as well as taking it orally. I did put socks on after applying as I didn't want my bedsheets to get oily or stained.

Magnesium oil is just water and magnesium salts but because of the density it's very oil like in texture. It's definitely not my favourite feeling and can sting if put on cut skin. I wash it off after about 20mins.The feel however afterwards is a very pleasant sleep or calm mood. I normally use after a big workout or dance session.

This was easy to use - just spray and sleep. It' worked well for my partner but not so much for me - but I think I don't sleep that well anyway so need to give it a bit longer and report back here. Price is good and there is not after smell or anything which is great also.
