Great towel holder, doesn’t swing.
This is a nice towel holder, and it was silly easy to install. It came with everything you need to install and very legible instructions. The hallow wall anchors seem a bit flimsy, so since I have 3 kids who pull on stuff aggressively, so I used hollow wall anchors that were a bit sturdier. I really do like that it is stationary. I hate hearing the sound of a towel holder smacking onto my walls, making dents and chipping paint. So since this doesn’t swing it, I love it more. The black color is nice and matte. I even got 2.
