One set of this will last for about a month, it has three sets, fir and comfort is average, for it's price it's ok ok

Its good product does the job but you also have to buy big size shoes like for example if your size is 7 then buy 8 or 9 size shoes or else your shoes will get damages

Things to keep in mind 1.Two layers will be comfortable to wear 2.First buy these then choose shoes of size which can fit all layers in a way so it doesnt feel uncomfortable. 3.You have to search local market for shoes to fit these insoles. 4.It will compress after span of 10-15 days of regular use.But still two layers will be comfortable and perfect for increasing height so that its noticeable 5.One more con is that if worn too long,you'll notice a slight pain in your back 6.Keeping all these points in mind my final opinion is that this thing is just perfect for increasing height.

The First default layer is really helpful, rest just make things uncomfortable. Would recommend though. Great quality product.
