Charak Pharma Sumenta Tablet with tagar and jatamansi for natural care in Stress and Anxiety (Pack of 2)

This is a very effective and natural(harmless) medicine.for people with mild sleep/anxiety disorder one tab would work.but not instantly.give it atleast a week.However a bit more anxiety issues(between mild to moderate) 1×2 tabs(Morning n evening) gives a peaceful night's sleep.there are times when dreams may feel lucid but sleep is not disturbed.Anxious thoughts will not trouble you without any reason.and I also felt that one must continue taking it for several months before withdrawal.I have found it to to be effective and has calmed my mind.Thankfully it's herbal.

Product is a very good as usual. However, this time the pack in which it was done left a bad taste in mouth. Yes, it was securely packed but the way adhesive tape was used directly on the product showed a lack of expirience on the part of the packer. The supplier need to train their work force better.

Worth buying no side effects

I'm a person who experiences high level of anxiety so I ordered thisBut even 2 tablets everyday won't work.....still I can't say if this will work on a person with less anxiety or not.....

I continued this for 3 days but NO effect on my mood. Then further for 7 days then Instead of easing my anxiety it altered my sleep and induced mild anxiety too. Waste of money. NO use.
