Stylish But Short-Lived – Disappointed After Years of LoyaltyThis is my third blender in a row. Had a great Start, But Quality Has Dropped with Each New Model.1. First I bought the black one that worked very well and lasted the longest2. Then I bought the white one- the bullets we’re slimmer and seems smaller but worked well- lasted shorter than the black one3. I bought this Champagne the thirds time- looked nice but didn’t last at all. Both blenders had difficult fitting it and the connecter despite being locked well, not just grinder the plastic but also spilled everything in the super shaky blenderOld user since years- disappointed. Going back to the old fashioned mixers

As a Founder of Hestia Appliances, I need to be cognizant of my detailed review so as to give a true reflection of the product without being biased.We recently went out of our small 500W Hestia home blender blade assembly. Though I’ve a Vitamix-styled Hestia-BLDC power blender (2000W-2L Tritan Jar), it is just too powerful for my home-chef & support staff to use on a daily basis. Plus as I expect them to take extreme precaution (post-usage cleaning etc) so they requested for a small rough-tough unit for regular usage to escape great after-care.I’ve been out of the kitchen appliances industry after selling out stakes in Hestia, so I had to look out for a new blender on Amazon.I bought a diff brand earlier (best seller on the platform) but that product had extreme design & safety flaws. It would pant on a 50-gram dry-spice load. Despite BIS-being applicable on power cord since last few years, the company dis-regarded the compliance, which is a big FIRE hazard. Saving a few buck & risking customer lives. Nah!Finally bought this particular model.1) The fused ring is a great improvement as most of the silicone rings gets entangled into blade assembly. This is great. Also checked no chance for food-debris to get stuck and decay.Appreciate Team-WonderChef.2) The motor is able to reach peak power load as stated. In most cases, it is blending/grinding effortlessly. I test for urad-dal batter, which according to me is a gold-standard for checking load reliability. Passed reasonably-well.3) The motor-coupler is PC material and mates with Nitrile coupler on the blade base, that is a huge improvement. The earlier unit had Nylon, which has a shorter life compared to Nitrile. I’m not sure, if any other company is offering Nitrile, but again appreciate the thought-process of Wonderchef R&D/Engg team4) We used to have bearings based blade assembly which is smooth but demands extreme care. Cant be dish-washed nor can be immersed in water or sink.The current blade assembly is housed in copper housing, The only drawback here is that it is little noisy but the reliability is at least 3 years against 6 months of bearing based.So again I would like to thank Team WonderChef for Indianizing the product in true sense.5) I see the blender comes in diff designs and colors. That’s nice.6) The recipe book is good.Area of improvement:Please launch in a serrated blade. That does help for achieving a silky-smooth smoothie.I believe you brought Nutri-Blend to India. So you’re just not the pioneers but well deserving to be the market leaders in true sense!!

Hello Everybody, I'm writing this review as I know there are many people who want a good blender to make smooth smoothies and with the increase of health consciousness the demand of this product is also growing. I was searching for a good blender for a while and as my budget was average that is why this less popular brand was tempting my wish, and also found many mixed reviews here and there online and finally after gathering little courage I went for it.PRODUCTS INSIDE THE BOX: -1 Blender ( the motor part)2 jars ( 1 for smoothie making + 1 for masala making)6 set of plastic glasses.1 recipe book by Swati Thoda.Pros : - 1. 400w powerful motor will satisfy your smoothie or masala makingneeds. I tried with different fruit smoothies ( like, mango, pineapple, apple, litchi,peach, grape, watermelon, banana etc) and vegetable smoothies ( like papaya, spinach, dates, almonds, carrots, ginger, cucumber etc) .They blend in perfectly within 15-30sec.So there are no complaint for its blending purpose.It comes with two types of jars. 1 blending ( which is little taller) and the other 1 is little smaller, which is for making dry/wet masala.Quality of those jars are good, atleast it worth with the money.You will get additional lids for those jars and a seasoning lid for season dry masala on the dish.The blades for blending and grinding both are impressive in quality.Also you will get 6 set of glasses which are all good by their quality.Above all, in total quality, quantity and working nature are all good.Cons: - 1. If you are looking for a big one or your family has a big number of members then it is not for you.In one shot you can blend smoothies for 2 persons maximum.This product is strictly for nuclear families and bachelor persons.NOW I'M GOING TO STATE THE BIGGEST FLAW OF THIS MACHINE ( THAT IS WHY, I'M WRITING IT IN CAPITAL LETTER) . I HAVE NO IDEA WHETHER THIS IS A BUSINESS POLICY OR WONDERCHEF ONLY DID THIS TO CUT THE PRODUCTION COST OR WHATEVER BUT THIS FLAW REALLY CAN GET YOU IN TROUBLE. BETWEEN MOTOR AND BLADES YOU WILL FIND 2 RUBBER JOINTS THROUGH WHICH THE WHOLE SYSTEM IS ROTATING, AFTER USE 1 TIME OF A DAY AND FEW DAYS AFTER PURCHASING I NOTICED THE ROTATING RUBBER JOINTS ARE BEING CORRODED A LITTLE DAY BY DAY, WHICH IS A LITTLE FRUSTRATING BECAUSE I HEARD WONDERCHEF CUSTOMER CARE IS NOT ATTENTIVE AT ALL AND I HAVE NO IDEA THAT THE RUBBER PARTS IS AVAILABLE IN THE MARKET OR NOT. SO BE A LITTLE GENTLE WITH THOSE. A LITTLE SUGGESTION FROM ME, AFTER USING, DO NOT WASH THE RUBBER PART AND USE IT CAREFULLY BECAUSE WATER DROPS ALSO CAN CAUSE OF THOSE CORROSIONS.ANYWAYS, FINAL VERDICT IN THIS BUDGET THE PRODUCT IS AWESOME, AND IF YOU CAN TAKE A GOOD CARE OF THE PRODUCT I HOPE THE PRODUCT WILL ALSO TAKE A GOOD CARE OF YOR HEALTH FOR A LONG TIME. : )
