Quality of the product is good and effective with respect to detoxification and body and muscle pain relief; I felt my digestion much improved than how it was in the past (body stopped bloated quickly ) and body pain and sore disappeared quickly as well. There are 10 pairs of the disposable detox pads in a box or it is a total of 20 pads. Also, it is easy and convenient to use and take it with you on your trip. These detox foot pads really helps clean out all the toxins in my body. I used it when I sleep,after I woke up in the morning, the pads are all black and I feel lighter on my feet. I recommend it and will definitely purchase again.

This is the second variety or brand of foot detox pads I have used. The first box it was noticeable that dust and grime was on the foot pad my morning. The second box it was noticeable that there was dust, grime and flubber. This has been an interesting experience.

Unfortunatly I regret buying these, they don’t stay on very well and Apparently they turn black when induced by moisture, not because they’re absorbing toxins. I haven’t felt any difference since I’ve been using them.

The reason for 3 stars is because it didn't help with stress or pain relief. It did turn black during night from removing toxins from the body. I seen a news anchor say it helped with her foot pain from wearing heels all day at new stationand upon wearing this it alleviated the pain. This was not the case for my son whom stands on concrete all day bartending at a waterpark.

My husband uses these and seems to be removing some unwanted minerals.

Bought them for my husband. He thinks they are helping. They do turn black every night. He says they really smell once they are removed, maybe that means they are working. Will order again.

They don’t work. I’ve used for almost a week now, see no difference, the black stuff is just the charcoal moistened by the warm of your feet.
