This is a great Laptop! I've been looking for one like this for a while. check out places like BB but theirs didn't have the larger hard drive or memory for what I needed and was much more expensive than this one. I'm very happy with this seller, the laptop was shipped and delivered fast. I use this for my business and I'm very pleased with it's speed and performance. I would not hesitate to purchase another one if the need arises.

I have spent HOURS attempts to load the above referenced update, after returning and repurchasing this model from the seller. I can't believe that an "out of the box" brand new computer would have such issues, let alone with HP. It has been such a disappointment and waste of time, energy and money. I had a 2012 Asus. This is big upgrade. Never had a HP before so hope for the best. Seems to work nice. The features of this model 450 G10 are pretty good. Has Rj45!!

After a year, I can state that the laptops (one for me and one for my wife) were an excellent purchase. I recall that they arrived quickly and in perfect shape. I found setting them up was very easy. I was happy to move on to Windows 11 on the laptops and they worked fantastically. I have had no hardware issues with the laptops since I received them and set them up. I routinely perform the HP maintenance checks and noticed the warranty date was April 2025. I contacted IST Computers and they were able to have the warranty expiration dates correctly very quickly. They were extremely responsive and had great service!I found the purchase was well worth the money and would recommend (and purchase) their products again.

Windows 11 update failed due to incorrect storage allocation. Significant troubleshooting required to correct it.

A premium, high-performance laptop, perfect for business users!

Speakers stopped working after 2 months. Vendor won`t answer the phone or return calls for help resolving the problem.

This product comes with Windows 11 Business NOT Windows 11 Pro. Those are not the same thing.
