It is liquid, very watery. Flows like milk. It’s actually good that it contains no thickening agent.It gives the hair a good texture. Neither too dry, not sticky.

Works best with kesh Kanti hair oil
Works best with hair oil applied the previous night, else can be somewhat drying. I use their kesh kanti hair oil, and combined with this shampoo, I have seen a big reduction in hair fall.Additionally, my scalp is sensitive, and most popular shampoo brands either give me dandruff after first wash itself, or dry out and damage my hair. I have found that this shampoo works best for me and doesn't give me dandruff, even if I forget to oil my hair the previous night.
