A bit gaudy, but that's why I bought it. Had a "Farm formal" wedding to go to. WTH is that all about I thought? After doing a little research I realized it just meant relaxed attire. So I ordered a couple of vests and this Western tie. Everyone had a great time and my tie was a big hit!

I have not worn yet. The gold detail is a little yellower than I would like, but other wise a solid piece I will wear with the appropriate western outfit.

I really like this bolo. I think it actually looks better in real life than in the seller's picture!The closure is sturdy, and the cord seems like it will hold up well. It did need to hang for a bit too get the crimps out, but it was fine in about a week. The weight of the metal is enough to straighten it, but it's not super heavy on my neck.Honestly I think it's a good purchase, and would totally buy it if I didn't get it through Vine.

This bolo tie looks just like the photos. It could be a bit nicer. For example, it could be made of real leather instead of a "leather type material". Also the tips are a little cheap. But the medallion is fine. It looks big in the product listing but it's only about 1-7/8" tall x 1-1/2" wide.I purchased this for a costume party and it will be great for that. I'm not sure how real bolo wearers would feel about it.

My son loved this tie. A little long for him but still looked great and he wants to wear it all the time if he could lol. Our family reunion was Western theme and he was definitely the talk of the party with it! Great quality it looked just like the picture and well made. Not heavy. Definitely added the touch needed for his outfit.
