Second time buying it
It works! Once I feel the tingle on my lip I eat one and poof it is gone the next day. If I don’t take it before it forms it still helps with the cold sore leaving fast. Warning: the taste is not good and the chewable tablets are huge. I’m okay with this because I finally found something that actually works.

Effective
Made my cold sore heal up and dissipate within 3-4 days instead of 6-7 and I only took one tablet daily bc it does taste atrocious

Disgusting and huge
The most disgusting taste I’ve ever tasted! It’s also so big that you have to break it up into pieces. And you have to take three a day? I spit mine out in the driveway and couldn’t stop gagging for a few minutes because it was so gross

Very tart
These chewables are extremely tart, to the point of barely being able to finish chewing them. And they are extremely large.I will finish the box but won’t rebuy unfortunately.

Definitely worth a try
These pills have helped so much! The taste isn’t so great but so worth it. I think the price was good for the item. The size is kinda scary but luckily it’s chewable and relieves the cold sore pain within the day.
