I take Lactoferrin because it has antiviral and antibacterial properties and also because it helps the body to transport and absorb iron. I learnt that’s this supplement has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits.🤞It seems it helps:: so far so good.

No tummy issues and no sickness
I tolerated them well with no tummy issues. I haven't been sick ever since I started taking this supliment alongside vitamin d and beta glucan.

Zero bioavailabiliy
Not very bioavailable like heme iron is. I tried them for my vegan diet when I noticed some health problems and this was recommended by a friend. No more veganism here, prefer to be healthy, sorry

Muscle pain as a side effect
I cant find that anyone else has experienced this as a side effect, but I have had intense muscle pain on the 2 occasions I have taken this tablet, so I think it is the cause. The pain is so severe that I have had to take tramadol. I have tried to contact the supplier/company via Amazon but they ignored my email. So not great customer service. I have wasted money and time spent unwell buying this product and I am disappointed.
