I suffer from really heavy periods and generally have leakage and wake up many times a night to check. This is a great product. Did a wonderful job. I slept comfortably and did not feel the need to wake up to check things. The only thing I had a bit of an issue with is sizing. I purchased the S/M and they felt a bit tight in the upper thigh area. The L/XL would have been a bit too big for me. If you are in between sizes (ie: M/L, they may be either a bit to small or large).
