It's a brilliant picture, easy set up. Ours did not have batteries for the remote, and I'm needing help to get the closed caption to work. Balancing the sound was quite helpful, but hard of hearing folks rely on cc. Well worth the price.

No Audio
Unfortunately, TV Audio/speakers didn’t work - even after a hard reset and factory reset. Have to return it.
