Absolutely love this product. I wish I saw that butane wasn't included but it worked out. I’m not an expert at this but I do love how easy it is to use for an amateur like myself. I Have used it twice and haven't had any issues. I love a variety of wood chips as well as how quality of the torch is. This is best with a smaller pour to really get the smoke in there but still gives a great taste to it.

Overall great product especially for the price, instructions are clear. The torch is hit or miss and somewhat difficult to use, but otherwise it is really cool and honestly does add flavor to the whiskey.

This box elevated the taste of my old fashion. It was easy to use. Had a nice unique smoky taste. The smoke didn't overwhelm the room. The design isn't over done. it's just the right size to sit on a small table or counter. It was the hit of the party. It would make a nice gift. I think I got a good value for my money considering all that came with it.

Works well and I enjoy using it. I had a nonelectric one that I didn’t enjoy so I purchased this one and it’s much better for me.

Wow, this thing is great. My friends and I have used a few of the non-fan whisky smokers before and always struggled to actually get the smoke into the glass. This solves that problem completely. The smoke fills the glass almost instantly and evenly, with very little effort. It also uses surprisingly few wood chips, so you get strong flavour without wasting material. Setup is simple, it feels well made, and it makes smoked Old Fashioneds incredibly easy to prepare. If you enjoy smoked cocktails, this is a big upgrade over the traditional models. M

So, my ignorance to this is going to show through and there is no helping it. I am not a drinker. However, I do use glasses and really like the set that came with mine (one arrived broken, seller made it right). It comes with a bunch of different wood chips, some whisky stones, ice cube molds, tongs and a torch. I probably missed something. The glasses are heavy and thick something I think is awesome and my preferred style of glass. I checked out the whisky stones and they felt oddly smooth. Almost like there should have been a powder on my hand after, but there wasn't. A truly neat texture. The ice cube molds were there and they came with a little funnel. Didn't use them, not sure how they will work. The torch lighter is a standard torch lighter. I need to get butane for it. The vacuum smoke infuser thing, I also didn't use (it is a gift) but it felt solid. I really like the person I am gifting this to, and I am really pleasantly surprised and the quality and presentation of this (it came in a wood box/chest that is cute). I would buy this again as the quality seems there, and it looks like effort was put in.

Gave as a Christmas present and doesn’t work. Charged for 4 hours still not working. Can’t return as the window is closed very disappointing. After posting a poor review, the company replaced the smoker and kit free of charge and was very interested in correcting the issue. I am thoroughly impressed with the customer service and the quick response. I am very happy to say that the replacement was in perfect working condition and my son in law is so happy.
