Nice and comforting
It is a nice mediation cushion. I am using it regularly. initially I thought that the height is more and buckwheat hulls may need to be removed. slowly I have got adjusted to the height. one word of caution - it is not light. it is bit on the heavier side, if you are thinking of carrying it on a travel mode.Overall a good meditation aid and helps to you keep your back straight.

It's a pretty good meditation cushion although for me it was a little to thick/high. Its easy to open the inside part and remove some of the buckwheat filling.

Excellent cushion. Ideal for those who spend long hours sitting cross-legged. It is a wonderful way to correct the posture and remove the strain from the hips and lower back. I have been using this cushion for close to 2 years now and it is very durable.
