I been taking these for the past few days and I have noticed my mood and energy to improve during my work days, the capsule are very small and light so it’s easy for me to take twice a day and I’m really happy on how my mood has improved I really recommend this Shilajit Seamoss Lion mane and there is no taste :)

A nicely presented Jar of tablets. I took them for a few days. They gave me a bad stomach so I had to stop. Didnt really do anything for me that I noticed.

I'm at an age when I'm having plenty of senior moments and I've been recommended to try lions mane.These capsules are easy to take with no nasty aftertaste.Supplements don't provide instant results, and sometimes all they do is to help stop symptoms getting worse.I've been taking these s while now and I really do feel that they are helping me, i don't seem to having as many, and as severe senior moments as i was.I undertake that we have to age and a accept the changes that adding brings, but as I still need to work I need to be able to concentrate for extended periods of time and I feel as though these are helping me.
