Does the job, and comes with a cover and paddle
ASTER Makeup Mixing Palette, Makeup Palette Tray Makeup Plate... this palette is rather small, but how much space do you need to mix foundation, anyway? It's cleverly made with a thumbhole for stability and a mixing surface sufficient enough to get the job done. It comes with a felt sleeve and a plastic paddle/scoop for mixing.At the time of this review you get the palette, scoop/paddle and sleeve for $5.29, a good deal for a nice little convenience.Recommended.

Great for foundation
I'm trying a new way to apply foundation. Instead of just putting it on my face, I'm now applying it to this mixing palette and then apply it. I find that it gives a more even application of the product.Anything thing I have tried is when the foundation that I'm currently using is a little too light or dark, I can add a different color and mix it on this tray for the color that I need. This way, I don't need to have multiple different shades for the different times of the year.
