Quality ingredients but like many other supplements, way over-packaged with the bottle being only half full of capsules. Best by date on bottom was difficult to read but appears to be 04/2026 which is 1.5 years out. Love the one capsule/day dose and 90-day supply for $23. Only concern is the D3 might be slightly too high of a dosage without causing issues so be sure to discuss with your own physician before taking.

This is a great clean formulation to support your health with this essential vitamin mix. I just started taking this Promix Nutrition brand D, K2. There is no artificial anything contained in this product. It comes presented in an amber colored glass bottle containing 90 capsules and 90 servings. I am taking the suggested serving of 1 easy to swallow capsule a day in a beverage and a fatty meal. I am getting 5000iu of Vitamin D3 and Vitamin K2 as MK4 and K3 as MK7 with 500mcg and 125mcg respectively. I appreciate that this is a clean product and that this and all Promix Nutrition products are gluten free, soy free, GMO free, hormone free, and antibiotic free. They don't contain refined sugar, artificial sweeteners, stevia, gums, fillers, or bleach. They have 94% of ingredients sourced from North America and products are produced in facilities using GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards. All in all, consider this D3 plus k2 supplement by Promix Nutrition and get the high quality you deserve.

For someone with a coconut allergy this was a great choice as it does not contain coconut oil.
