The 25:1 extract indicates that it has been concentrated 25 times - a gram of it contains the equivalent of 25 grams of whole grapeseed, meaning two of these capsules provide the equivalent of 12.5 grams. 85% of it consists of OPCs (Oligomeric Proanthocyanidin Complex) - which is still a lot! The beetroot should enhance the antioxidant effect.The anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties of grapeseed mean it could have all manner of potential health benefits. As always there is no substitute for looking at proper scientific research (and speaking to your GP). With high doses like this, it's also worth looking into the antioxidant paradox.

the dosage is high so the amount of antioxidants is more than covered. I cant feel any difference yet but it might be too early to say.

This is one of the best anti-oxidant supplements I have tested. Grape Seed combined with Pomegranate and Beetroot make this a very potent supplement. Research what each supplement does for the body, then realise this formula is very strong. I found that you could feel an effect by the second day.This is a strong anti-oxidant and it works very well. I am happy to highly recommend it.

You are getting 120 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of 2 then they will last you around 2 months. Pretty good value for money. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider and I really like this vegan brand.
