Recently, my nephew unknowingly shared his passcode with a school friend, so I needed to reset the system. I contacted the seller for assistance, and their customer service exceeded my expectations. They promptly provided a step-by-step instructional video, highlighted the necessary sections in the manual, and answered all of my questions thoroughly and professionally. Great value! Very nice looking decorative door latch and deadbolt. Works good. Installation was fairly easy. All in all, I’m glad I purchased this. You can operate the deadbolt with a code, with the included key fobs, a fingerprint, or even your smart phone!

Matched the color I previously has on the door and has worked like a charm. Fit with no additional adjustment. Had it installed in less than 30 mins.

Still learning how to use it, haven't figured out how to use it to unlock with code or fingerprint but are having to work on the opening in the door with the lock for smoother operation. The whole system is very nice looking and stout. The features are numerous with this lock.

Door lock & handle are very nice. Easy install & app is extremely simple. Love the look & the sturdiness of the handle/lock. I also like the multiple functions to use the lock (fingerprint, key, key-fob, key code & the app if you are close enough). I also like the color of the handle/lock. I think also having gold as a color might be nice.

So, this looks is great! Installation took about 15 minutes for me. Set up was a breeze once I got the hang of it, now all of our 6 kids and their spouses have their own codes which I love! It also uses fingerprint and/or tag., The fact that it "speaks" setup instructions is amazing! PLUS its so good looking! I love it!

We have had issues with this since day 1. The locking mechanism is faulty and after contacting customer support over and over, my electromechanical engineer husband finally took it apart and the parts are crap. We got locked out of our home so many times. Don't recommend. The fingerprint worked fine, it just wouldn't unlock the door. The template to put on was off also and didn't fit without modification to our door.
