Basic info
This is not for scrapbooking your puppy's first year. It works best as a vet record. I take mine with me to get for check ups and vaccinations and for keeping up with her weight and height, etc. There is space for ice contacts and food and med guides. I love that there are multiple entries under each heading bc info changes over the years. A must have for traveling and sitters.

If you are looking to get the entire kit that is currently pictured with the product, be aware as you only get the small blue passport book. Good for taking on vacation for emergencies
I recommend using this book if you take your dog on vacation or leave your dog with someone while on vacation. It can help a vet get quick insight.

Great book to keep all your dogs information.One thing that could be improved is having more blank pages to keep all the information in. Had to personally make more copies to insert.
