I am size 38F and I purchased XXL. This is perfect. Sufficiently supportive, and very neat. I use it to wear under strappy swing vests on holiday, so that there are no straps showing. Obviously it cannot lift like a bra with straps - it can't defy gravity!! but it keeps things under control nicely. I bought some last year and I liked them so much that I've just bought 4 more.Delivery excellent. Came in the following day's post.

Really nice quality product and fitted as expected but the removable pads don’t stay in place and are difficult to get in place after a wash.

Comfortable good quality

Not great support but I wear a bra underneath. This is perfect for underclothing if you don't want your cleavage on show too much.
