From where I can get rechargable 3XR20 BATTERYS in Mumbai or in online shopping for this Radio.?

It is difficult to get rechargeable R20 batteries, if not impossible, in India. It's easier to get a 4.5V battery eliminator from any electronics shop and use with Philips Portable Radio, provided with a DC socket, - it works very well. Moreover, for rechargeable batteries one requires a separate battery charger and, secondly, 3XR20 rechargeable batteries would provide only 1.2X3=3.6V, not 4.5V. Therefore, in view of the above, it is advisable to go in for a 4.5V battery eliminator (AC adapter).
