The product itself works great! I've been having issues with a tight trap muscle and I cannot get enough pressure myself to relieve it. Found this device with great reviews, so I thought I'd give it a shot. Not only does it work well on the neck, but I put it behind my knees/thighs and it seems to help with my restless leg syndrome at night. Plus I can lay it against my lower torso when experiencing abdominal issues. Features include speed settings as well as multi-directional massage. Plus you can turn the heat off if need be. It also shuts itself off after 15 minutes. Wait until it cools down and you can work on another area!

Had a terrible fall in my youth which has resulted in frequent back pain and discomfort, so I decided to get this massager and I am not disappointed. It is quite portable and easy to use. Hassle-free connection at home, work and in the car. I usually use it for 15 minute intervals. There are three speed setting- for a deeper massage I use the slowest setting. It automatically oscillates between clockwise and anti-clockwise rotation which I like because I do not have to press the button each time. It also has red light which is supposed to be great for skin and pain relief. The only issue is I feel that I should be using it with my shirt off for maximum red light benefits however I am afraid doing so will eventually dirty the fabric on the massager which I won't be able to wash. Overall: Great massager which is very relaxing to use and helps with pain relief.

This product worked great for several months. It helped relieve the tension & knots in my muscles. After 7 months, it stopped functioning properly. I contacted the manufacturer about the problem & they sent me a new one. I really appreciate their communication & satisfactory service. I couldn’t be without this product because it really breaks up the tension n my neck & shoulders.

I’m really happy with this massager. I originally bought it to help with back pain, and it has honestly been a great purchase. It’s versatile, the rotating massage nodes feel really good and do a great job of working into tight muscles and you can use it on most parts of your body. My back it where I use it most, but it does a great job on my legs too. One thing I really like is that you can change the direction of the rotation, so it can go forward or backward, and it will even automatically switch directions during use, which makes the massage feel more natural. It also has three different speed settings, so you can choose how intense you want the massage to be. The heat feature is another great addition and you can turn it on or off depending on what you prefer, and the warmth really helps relax sore muscles. A feature that surprised me is that it comes with a car adapter. That means you can actually use it in the car on the way to work or during long drives, which is really convenient. Overall, this is a great product and definitely worth the money. It feels pretty sturdy and durable and has convenient fit for several settings and a sleek design. I would absolutely purchase this again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a simple, effective massager.

I really didn't expect much for this price, but it has helped a lot with shoulder and back tension & pain. I do wish there was more customization though. You basically only have two speeds - slow and not slow - and two heat levels: on or not on. Plus it turns off automatically after 15 or so minutes and while it is on it periodically reverses speed, which is less than ideal. But yeah, it serves its function well and even seems to be well-built (though only time will tell how long it actually lasts). At under $40, I definitely recommend trying it. **Edit: So far it's survived 6 months of regular use, and is still going strong 👍. I think I might get one for my mom.

I bought this neck massager in May 2025, and by January 2026 it has already stopped working. The cloth covering tore off with normal use, and the device completely stopped functioning. I didn’t use it excessively or roughly, so I’m disappointed with the durability. It worked well at first, but I expected it to last much longer than 8 months. I wouldn’t recommend this product based on my experience.

First, I would like to say that this pillow is made well. It is sturdy and works fantastic for deep tissue massages. It has multiple settings for massage with and without heat and for different speed level. Unfortunately, my pillow stopped working as does sometimes. I understand that sometimes defects occur. However, the way the seller handled my problem is top notch. They sent me out another pillow free of charge and there was no hassle at all. They were very understanding and professional and they shipped so fast. I received my new pillow 2 days after it was shipped. I really appreciate how easy they were to work with and that my satisfaction as a customer was their main concern. I definitely recommend this pillow because it's fantastic and the customer service is above par.

Lo llevo usando varios días para ayudarme a mejorar la movilidad en un hombro lesionado y he notado bastante mejoría. Es muy cómodo.
