The bed frame itself looks amazing. The assembly wasn’t too bad, and the frame with a mattress on it is actually pretty sturdy. There was only one part that I had missing, and it was the bottom of the headboard to hold it together, but I think you could bypass it like I did (temporarily, just waiting for replacement part) but it’s working as intended. The bed lifts up for easy storage, and it’s actually pretty nice and not full of stiff moving parts. The functions it has is a hidden compartment and a lift able bed section, which makes it good for small rooms with lots of toys or collectible type items.

Just put it together.Headboard is not as high as photos make it look, but it is nice. Material is woven fabric; not a soft cotton.It is a light beige color.Took 2 of us 6 hours, had a 3rd for about 3 hours.One part of the assembly must have 2 people, so plan ahead.Instructions aren't bad, but some of the diagrams leave out critical instructions (like make sure velcro is facing DOWN on the cross bar at the bottom of the head board. We thought the lining would be on top of it, so the weight of storage items didn't pull it off. Wrong). Online video goes fast & needs to zoom in on some steps; wasn't very helpful. And some steps are different than printed ones.The hydraulics DO NOT work - will contact seller for replacements - they seem to be frozen.Lights work well - remote does not come w/button battery.Pack your patience - it's a process.

It was relatively inexpensive and shipped quickly. It was a project to put together for sure, but once it was done I was really impressed with how solid it is. Very well designed. It was missing a little Velcro on one piece for the lights and the USB port in the plug part stopped working, but those things are pretty minor. For the money I think I did pretty good on this one.

This bed frame is excellent. Was a bit of a challenge to put it together but well worth it, I especially like the storage under the mattress.

We have been looking at this bed since late last summer in preparation for my teen daughter's room remodel. We finally took the chance to order this bed and are not disappointed! The only downside is that the box contains a million parts - but they are accurately labeled, and once the bed is completely put together, the bed is sturdy and has the perfect amount of storage. My daughter loves the LED lights, the 'secret compartment' and the ledge up top. So far, so good!

I think there’s a loose connection or something — the light keeps flickering randomly.

Well designed, assembly was complicated, but everything fit well. The assembled bed looks just like we thought it should and will be a great fit for use in our large destination trailer.

The hydraulic lifts were frozen and unusable. I tried multiple times to contact Amazon and the supplier. No resolution. The bed is very heavy to lift without the hydraulic arms so buyer beware!
